Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://artofweird.com website (the “Service”) operated by Art of Weird. Fantasy Art. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Promotion and Discount Code Terms And Conditions

• Promotion and discount codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Art of Weird.
• Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order.
• Promotion and discount codes are not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
• In promotions where there is a free or reduced-price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
• In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping, gift wrap or gift card costs charged on the original order.
• In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any delivery or gift box costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer.
• If your coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.
• Art of Weird reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
• Free delivery offers apply to UK standard delivery only.
• Art of Weird reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns

As each Art of Weird product is custom made to order, we cannot offer a return unless:

a) the product does not match the order, or

b) the product is faulty

Please note: We are unable to refund or re-make items where the purchaser chose the wrong size or style.

If, in the unlikely event, you receive a defective product or the product does not match your order, please email us at annette@artofweird.com with a photograph and description of the problem.  We aim to replace any defective items with replacements, but if this is not possible we will refund you.

We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned to Art of Weird for inspection.

You should notify us of any problems with within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please Enclose a note to confirm your re-delivery address and order number.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost as a result of being returned to us. 

Warranty on all items sold by us is limited to the replacement cost of the item purchased and does not cover any consequential loss/out of pocket expenses.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order you should contact Annette at Art of Weird (07754 141394) as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production, in which case, we will not be able to cancel it. A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any digital or physical work being undertaken.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Paying online is simple, we accept credit card and Paypal payments.

All content that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the artofweird.com website is the copyrighted work of Annette Price unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright and other laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any such content without the express written permission of the copyright owner Annette Price.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the colours accurately.
